Cross Country Preview

Coaches: Mrs. Reggo and Ms. Woyce

Captains: Erjona Llukovi, Mavis Cao, Henry Chitic

Focus: The boys and girls won the league last year and have goals to do that again. This is the last year that the league has these teams and we want to win the league for the last time that Division 7 is as it is now. We also want to run faster every race we run. Beating our personal best in each race is a very important individual goal for each runner.

Strategies: Have everyone come and work hard every single day. We have to be working harder than every other team that we will run against. If we come everyday and work hard..good things will happen.

Team strength: Our seniors are hard workers and good leaders. They should continue to set a good example. We also have a great core of young runners. Together they should have a lot of success.
