Super Sweet Skin
No matter who you are or what skin type you have we all want to achieve perfect, flawless skin. Whether it's acne, eczema, psoriasis, inflamed skin, allergies... the list goes on. No worries because I have some suggestions that could help.
If you want to take care of your skin, a big factor is making sure you're drinking a lot of water. Water is good for purifying the toxins in your body. Along with water you have to eat right. Oily, fatty foods are only going to give you oily fatty results. Remember when drake said “it is what it is cuz trust me you get what you give” ? Well, that applies to everything!
Next, wash your face! Clean skin is good just because it is. Dirty skin means oily skin and oily skin isn't the best. Make sure you moisturize , having dry skin isn't good either. Depending on whether you have naturally dry or naturally oily skin determines whether you should wash more than you moisturize or moisturize more than you wash. If you have ultra dry skin, using a lighter face wash would be better, compared to those who have oily skin, who should use a stronger face wash.
Then we have exfoliating, exfoliating is getting rid of the bad skin to allow the good skin to flourish. Exfoliation can help let the layers of good skin shine through so that your natural glow reappears, but please note that over exfoliating is a dangerous, so be careful.
Lastly pay attention to what you put your skin through. Make sure your detergents aren't a problem. Certain lotions, hair products, clothing can be irritating to your skin. Try to clean your sheets and pillowcases as often as possible. Dirt builds up and you don't want dirt to build up on your skin.
As to what products you should use to get these things done, that is up to you. Different people have different skin, so listening to one person's skin care routine might not be as effective as you would think. Different skin means different reactions to various treatments, so don’t listen to every suggestion you hear. Don't forget that some things take time and patience to pass. Everyone's skin is different, so no skin care routine is the same, get to know your skin and, trust me, it will reward you. Stay beautiful.
