Attention Rising Seniors: These Schools Are Eliminating SAT/ACT Scores as Admissions Requirements

In response to the restrictions posed by the novel coronavirus outbreak in the United States, accredited colleges and universities nationwide have announced that they will be eliminating SAT or ACT scores as an admissions requirement for Fall 2021 applicants. For many schools, it is likely that this accommodation will remain in place, as more and more schools are abandoning standardized test scores all together as part of their application requirements. The push to eliminate standardized test scores as a requirement has gained momentum recently, and the challenges created by the countrywide lock down have created further support for this initiative. The following is a list of some of the top schools in the nation that are temporarily waiving ACT/SAT requirements for 2020 applicants.
