Welcome Back!!

Welcome back students and staff of Cliffside Park! I hope everyone was able to enjoy their summer under our current circumstances. This new school year will surely look a lot different from the previous years, but together, we will make it great! For the virtual and hybrid students, this is a new experience for all of us. Online learning can be stressful and overwhelming, but it is important to try to stay positive and keep up with your work. Remember that your teachers and all CPHS staff members are here to help you along the way, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if you just need someone to talk to.

Although we may not be able to participate in special activities that we look forward to each year, like pep rallies and sports events, you can rest assured that our student council is working on great things for this year so that we can all enjoy ourselves! Be sure to check your student email and google classroom regularly for new updates from teachers and guidance counselors.

To the freshmen and sophomores, remember to get involved by joining clubs, sports, and other extracurricular or community activities. Check your emails for meeting alerts from any clubs you may be interested in.

Juniors and seniors, this may not be the year we imagined, but we are going to make the best of it! Juniors, you are encouraged to take your SATs if you haven’t already, and be sure to keep your grades up, as your junior year grades are the most important to your college applications. Seniors, it is time to finalize your college lists and look into financial aid resources. As always, I wish everyone a great school year!
